Welcome to Pousada de Marvão
The Pousada de Marvão has been part of the Pousadas de Portugal network since 1940. It was one of the first Pousadas in Portugal.
In April 2024, it began to be managed locally by a family business from Marvão and new services were created, which allowed it to be included in the Guide of the Best Hotels with Restaurant 2025 - Boa Cama - Boa Mesa in 2025.

Reception: Dial “9” from your room phone.
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: until 12:00 pm (possibility of late check-out, subject to availability)
Wi-Fi: free throughout the inn
Wake-up service: available upon request.

Complimentary water is available in your room. Bottles can be purchased in our store (€9.50/unit). See the various regional products and items available in our store.
Additional items: pillows, blankets, duvets and towels available upon request.
Hair dryer: available in the room.
Additional kits: If you need a shaving kit, dental kit or shower cap, please ask at reception.
Laundry service available every day of the week upon prior request and cost per item (same-day delivery for items delivered to reception before 9:00 am)
Pet Friendly: We accept pets up to 10kg (maximum 1 per room) for a daily fee of €25.00.
Snooker table: available for €6.50/hour.
Concierge: assistance with luggage and free luggage storage.
Taxis and newspapers: can be booked in advance through reception.
Payment methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash (we do not accept checks).

Lunch (Ninho D'Águias Restaurant): from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm
Dinner (Ninho D'Águias Restaurant) : from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Bar: 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Room service: available from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (service charge €15).
Note: Outside food is not permitted in the restaurant or common areas.

Activities: We have partnerships for olive tourism, wine tourism, off-road tours, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Inquire at reception.
